Needs advice‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
So my dad keeps bringing that I’m gaining weight and I don’t like that I try to eat as clean and work out everyday but I just got out of a relationship I started 2 jobs and I’m not going to get into detail but there a lot been happening I just been stressed out my mind
Not to the point I want to kill my self but to run away
And now it has gotten to the point where I lock myself in a closet to eat when I’m hungry and I don’t want to develop a eating disorder
Sometimes and my friend brought up that
I’ve haven’t been eating lately at lunch
Now I’m looking back I only have been eating after work only and drinking juice and water through out the day
I only really eat after work now
I work from 1:30am to 12:00pm
I also been going to the gym twice a day idk if that healthy
I’m just scared
