Baby kept her back to us the whole ultrasound, so now my dr says she will give me a call to come back sometime next week for another ultrasound to try and see her from the front. She’s head down and facing my back. Is this normal at 5 months pregnant?

I am going back today for the THIRD time because of this reason haha! It’s purely to get shots of the face and heart. I just see it as a positive to get to see baby again

I had my ultrasound yesterday at 20 weeks and 4 days and baby kept his back to us the entire time and we couldn’t see the face or get a good look at the heart so they want me to go back as well. He was head down too.

Thank you ladies, I’ve been worried and googling ever since I left the doctors office.. this is the first time they asked me to come right back, but thanks to you all my heart isn’t heavy anymore! It’s my first baby so I freak out easily 😁

Our little one did this to us yesterday as well 😑 back to us the entire time, and then after about 45 minutes she finally decided to stretch, and then proceeded to roll herself into the tiniest ball possible in the corner of my uterus 😂 the last ten minutes of our scan we finally got the images. Totally normal! These little cuties are running the show!
