Pumping pals flanges?

Does anyone here use the pumping pals flanges and do you think they are worth to?

I love mine. They take some getting used to as far as getting them on correctly, but I find them way more comfortable. I am prone to clogged ducts so I really like these.

I had them and ditched them because they really weren’t anymore comfortable to me and I felt like they were even harder to hold onto me
