Hair growth on chin

Anyone experience something similar and how do I treat it? I'm a 25 year old female and have thick hair growth as shown on my chin. It's chronic as plucking doesn't get rid of it. It's beard like thick hairs not the normal peach fuzz. Beginning to be self conscious of it as it grows back within a day.

I do have a hypothyroid. It's been a while since I had blood work done. Could this now be PCOS? I have regular periods.
