My boobs are killing me 😫

Hi everyone

I'm currently 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant and my boobs are killing me, my nipples are so so soooo sore and nothing can touch it or come near it, my breasts feel so heavy. Does anybody have some remedies for me please, I just took a warm shower for some relief but it's not working. Please help a mom to be out 🙏🏻
