Any advice for first time menstrual cup users?

I’ve never used a menstrual cup before but I’ve heard great things so I wanted to try one. I am having difficulty figuring out how to put it in so does anyone have any advice?

Keep in mind you’ll be very comfortable with your body once you use cups. 
Make sure you know if your angled up or down. I suggest using your thumb to make it easier to fold the cup over itself onto your thumb and wiggle it up into you based on your angle in your hips. Once your thumb it out give it a small tug not much but a tiny bit. It helps the cup ‘seal’ in a way to prevent blood from leaving the area. After that go about your day. Change/clean when needed. Aren’t they nifty?!
