Long Period

Hi y’all so I’m 16 and have had my period now for over 50 days. I am sexually active but I’m not taking any medication nor am I pregnant. I’ve been having longer periods since July but this is the longest so far. It started out not being heavy but more recently I have had to upgrade to bigger pads. Not looking for anyone to “diagnose” me because I know that’s not how it works, but has anyone else gone through something like this? It’s so frustrating with school and extra curricular activities. I’m honestly more scared than anything because I don’t want this to be some underlying condition that affects my fertility or something like that. Thanks ladies ❤️
