My only advice is get a family lawyer and have actual court documents. To protect both parties.

Idk the situation but hold is loosely and encourage your friend to maybe choose to parent. I know how hard it is when you’re struggling but we’ve had an adoption fail last because mom wanted to parent and that’s the most incredible thing, better than me getting my baby. Prayers for everyone involved

Good luck honey. We almost adopted a friends daughters baby. Her mom and her wanted us to have it. In the end she chose to parent her child and that was her choice. She changed her mind after baby girl was born. Hold it loosely and encourage mom to be best for baby, be it for a lifetime or for the few more months she carries her. Good luck.
