IUD Removal question
Edited to add: last period began 1/3/21, before IUD removal. No period since.
I had my IUD removed on 1/26/21. Last time I had one removed I started within the week. This time, I haven’t started yet. I know this is common. My question is, without a period, what do you recommend to use to determine ovulation? Show me what works for you and what is easy. Willing to try anything, but the little strips make me nervous.
