FTM any moms have birthing template s they have used for the hospital. I would like to create one for my nurses however I don’t want to write a bunch of BS that’s not necessary lol. If you feel comfortable sharing please do or highlight the important things. For me I want a natural birth, and would prefer the hospital not give me any narcotics so that’s an important highlight for me. I just need help with wording and organization. Also due to COVID they are not allowing 2 guest so if anything happens I would like for them to have my emergency contacts if I have to go to emergency surgery they can reach out.
