Continuing to watch 2 kids after giving birth

Hi guys! So I currently watch 2 kids (4&6) along with having 4 (about to be 5) kids of my own. Every week is a different schedule. Some weeks I watch them 6am-4pm, 8am-4pm, 5am-7pm,12pm-7pm, and sometimes 5pm-7am (overnight). The parents are on rotating shift work so that's why every week is a different time, and different days. My question is, how long would you take off babysitting? I was thinking of taking 2 weeks off and not doing the 5am days because who knows what kind of schedule the baby will be on. What would you do?
