Is is possible to ever sleep 7 hours again while breastfeeding
My husband let me sleep last night and took the baby . I slept like a rock through everything. I’m just wondering cause my breast are killing me if that’s like horrible for my supply. I woke up breastfed and pumped right away and was fullll. Idk they say emptying breast is important but in my opinion I feel like not being so stressed and over tired and sleeping is too ? What do you guys think
