In a long term relationship with my partner

Like, between "not sure what to call us" & "dating". I think we are basically in a relationship because we act like we are. We even started calling each other partner again. But we are reluctant to make it official because they are 2000 miles away from me. Gotta wait for covid to be over and then we can test it out in person. But they're basically my best friend & we love each other. I like what we have, I'm not in any rush.
