This is my third one c-section my doctor never mentioned vbac she just says I have to have a repeat c-section not for any medical reason. I had got an iv couple weeks ago while I was being checked in hospital and it triggered my anxiety I didn’t even know I was worried like that.

Then I had an ultrasound Tuesday and I was laying on my back. If was difficult to breath and I started having an anxiety attack over it. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I feel like anything that gives me the feeling of how I feel while getting a c-section it triggers me really bad. I hate c-sections and I’m irritated i can’t even try vaginal 🤦🏽‍♀️

My c-section scheduled for the 23rd and I can’t stop panicking I’m so anxious and scared and this my third baby man....😭
