How did y’all find out you were pregnant?! I wanna hear how y’all found out and how you told your spouse :)

My periods have always been irregular, but I get one every month. Just sometimes it’s 28 days, 24, 32 and so on lol. Well I hadn’t gotten my period at all. So I figured it’s gonna come soon and not to worry about it. My boobs were kinda tender just walking down the stairs lol but again, thought nothing of it. On Friday 11/13/20 I took a test. I thought it was a dud because I didn’t see any movement in the little window thing. So I tossed it and went about my normal day. Well Saturday 11/14/20 my husbands gets up to use the bathroom and for some reason decided to look in our trash can (its one of those that you put your foot on the lever thing and it opens the lid) well comes back into bed and has this shit eating grin on his face. He kisses me and says why didn’t you tell me you took a test. I told him, well it was a dud so no need to tell you. He got all wide eyed and said “are you sure? You might want to check again” mind you the test was 24 hours ago. My heart sunk seeing both lines. Knowing your not supposed to go off the results more then 5 minutes later I told him I’d test again in the morning. Well I couldn’t wait. I waited all day on Saturday and I couldn’t wait till Sunday to find out. So before bed I tested again and BINGO! BFP within 30 seconds!! My husband was out smoking so I immediately video chatted my best friend lol who was at the bar and told her to drink for me lol. My husband came back inside and overheard me telling her how far along I thought I was. He walked through the door with a shit eating grin on his face. As soon as I shook my head yes, he jumped on the bed and tackled me lmao!

He knew before I did and I thought in a way that was kinda special lol

We did loose the little one but we are looking forward to our rainbow BFP! Keep your heads up beautiful ladies! You are all amazing and kick ass moms!
