I find wearing a bra so uncomfortable now but I also leak if I wear nothing. So I thought I was being an absolute genius by sticking some cottons pads over my nips and just praying that they stay in place. I asked my boyfriend if it was noticeable to which he replied no 🙄 I’ve been doing this for days now and only just realised from these pictures that it’s TOTALLY obvious and makes me look like I have weird round flat nips 🤣

Does anyone please have any tips on not wearing a bra but also not leaking everywhere? Thank you 🙏🏻
