Do you watch acne videos on YT?
I have been watching a lot. My favorite channel is from Vietnam and is almost silent. I have bad anxiety and it’s very helpful to me. Part of my interest is from the science of acne I learned from Dr. pimple popper’s channel. It’s satisfying because I like seeing even a cosmetic issue being treated for someone else. I’ve had mild to moderate acne for a long time, and sometimes get crazy breakouts. I understand that watching these videos seems gross 😅 I have no issue with blood
