Yesterday I had my first doctors appointment at exactly 5 weeks because I'm high risk due to hyperthyroid. I told my doctor that I've had light cramping on and off every day on both sides of my lower abdomen. She wanted to try vaginal ultrasound even though she said it may be too early to see anything. She did not see a gestational sac, but said it may just be too early. I had the first hcg blood taken this morning. No result yet. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any experiences to help calm my worrying? Thanks ladies!
