Could I be pregnant?

I got off my birth control about 3 to 4 months ago. I am very sexually active with my boyfriend. We don't use condoms. My period is 5 days late. Could I be pregnant? The only other three symptoms are nausea, cramps, and my areolas look slightly bigger.
