Hellp need advice

I took a frer this morning got a faint line the only other tests I have left are blue becuase I’m impulsive I took one tonight and have the other one for tomorrow anyhow I took the blue dye test tonight very dark blue positive line showed up but it was skinny is this a false positive very confused
