I really need some advice. I'm very sexually active but we always use protection and I'm on the pill. I had surgery at the beginning of the year but kept taking my pill everyday. I had some really bad bleeding in the middle of my last cycle for a full week because of it. I'm having some brown discharge like before my period and the app says it's late by a day which is normal, the beginning is off sometimes.

Should I be worried that I'm pregnant or am I overthinking it? My partner and I have used protection and I haven't stopped taking the pill I just don't know what to think and I'm a little worried.
