Does anyone have experience with the Pregnyl trigger shot 10ml? I’m TTC my second baby. I originally saw a specialist and after 3 rounds of meds and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>, we discovered that meds + timed intercourse worked and I became pregnant! So my OBGYN said he would prescribe me the same meds this time since we know what has already worked for me. After a course of progesterone to induce a period (surprisingly a very very light one) I took Letrozole 5mg CD 3-7, then on CD 12 (Tuesday night) I took 10mL of Pregnyl (doctor didn’t do an ultrasound since CD12 has always been the day my follicles are ready). Tonight (CD 14) I’m having what feels like moderate period cramps. Would it be ovulation pain? I figured I would have ovulated by now with the injection since it’s been over 48 hours. Not sure what else it would be this early on!

***Adding that this was my first time using Pregnyl for my trigger shot. When trying to conceive baby #1, I used 0.5mL of Ovidrel.
