Can anyone tell me if I’m experiencing sciatic pain?

I’m thirteen weeks and 4 days pregnant and got a little energy the other day and cleaned my house! The next day I felt like I was catching the flu with body aches... when I went to bed last night I couldn’t sleep much because of the pain I was experiencing in both buttocks and lower back... is this normal at this time during pregnancy? I took an extra strength Tylenol 500 which took the pain away but now I’m worried that I took it... which my dr gave me a paper that if ever needed to take for pain take Tylenol...but I’m just wandering if anyone else has experienced this during this week of pregnancy?
