Hey guys,

So I’m almost 7 days late for my period. My periods are usually regular. I may be early at times but never late. I took 3 pregnancy tests and they all said negative. I have been having mild cramps and white sticky discharge (ovulation like)... more than usual. The only change I’ve made is stopping BC. I stopped the patch at the beginning of the year due to migraines and anxiety. Has anyone experienced this before? I just need some advice to help ease my anxiety..

I have made an appointment with my OB but it isn’t until March. 😩😩😩😩😩
