Currently Pregnant. Line progression?

Question

Guys, 
I got pregnant with copper IUD.
Took my first HPT 2/4/21...and IUD removed 2/8/21
I know line progression isn't a good indicator, I'm getting blood drawn, but am still going crazy.
I also know comparing 2 different tests doesn't help.
(Clinical guard first 3, pregmate last 2)

2/4/21-HCG-14
2/8/21-HCG-44
Still waiting on 2-10, results and I'll probably find out today's results on Monday...
I'm concerned about ectopic. I have zero clue how many DPO I am. 
No blood since IUD removal, just clear discharge, but some cramping...
Opinions?

So I'm losing the little babe 🥺
I'm glad it didn't end up being ectopic, but I feel a lot of guilt for putting our baby at risk. I also feel the IUD removal caused the loss, but it was the better choice to remove it because of later miscarriage and complications. 
We have 3 boys already and I'm just snuggling them. We will not be doing iud again, only condoms until we want to do something more permanent...

Try a digital to ease your mind. 44 with those light lines could mean your body isn’t registering your hcg well on those tests.
