Flex Menstrual Disc Help

Okay, i started using Flex during my last cycle and loved it, but I’ve been noticing it doesn’t stay in place at night (I’m a bit of an active sleeper).

Any one have tips on how to get it to not leak at night? It’s honestly like I’m not wearing a disc at all 🤦🏻‍♀️
