Terrified this isn’t real! 💕👶🏻

Hi guys,

Has anyone ever had a false positive after taking pregnacare vitamins? After a miscarriage in August I’ve been taking themand my gp told me I could keep taking my pregnacare original so when I got pregnant again my body would be prepared. 2 months later - I’m late by 2 or 3 days and I just got a positive test result as you can see but I’m terrified it’s false - please help ladies!!
