Anyone else’s baby have a moveable pea sized ball on the head right behind the ear? Is this worrisome or is it just a lymphnode?

My baby doesn’t but I do. It’s never impacted anything just a bit bigger lymph node is all. The one on the left side of my throat is also bigger than the right. Again no issues! ☺️

My first did when he was a couple months old and it was totally fine! Doctor originally suspected a lymph node and prescribed antibiotics but that didn’t change anything. So then she ordered an ultrasound of the lump and it turned out to be just a small collection of fat. Kid’s 4 now and it went away a long time ago.
