Do indent lines fade?

I got what I thought was a faint line this morning, but the line faded and disappeared in about 10-15 minutes. Was it a faint line or do indent lines fade? TIA!

So sometimes when the test is wet you'll be able to see the test line. Not that its positive. Just wet. Once the urine moves across and isn't so heavily saturated in that specific area, the line goes back to clear. I don't know the right way to explain this while making sense. The test line is meant to repel anything that isn't HCG. It's meant to bond only with HCG. So when it shows up as an "indent" that's you seeing it repelling the urine. Like coloring an Easter egg with a white crayon and the dye sticks everywhere but on the crayon. That's actually a decent example.
