Implantation cramping/bleeding

Ok so last night I was feeling light cramps but not thinking of it I woke up this morning with bad cramps and I went back to sleep and when I woke up again I was constipated and then when I went back to the restroom to wipe I had 2 little spot of blood on the tissue..,., is this implantation happening my period is 4days away someone please help.....😩
