I found out this morning that I’m miscarrying. I would be 5w5d today. My HCG levels went from 241 to 125 in two days. On Wednesday they saw nothing on the ultrasound except something in my lower uterine segment that may have been the gestational sac. My bleeding has been on and off and never heavy enough to get on a pad. My cramps haven’t been bad either. Very similar to menstrual cramps. Could this have been a chemical pregnancy? How long do I have to wait to completely miscarry? I’m just heartbroken and want to get it over with. Im going back to the hospital on Monday to recheck my HCG levels and probably have an ultrasound. Can anyone tell me if they have been through something similar and how long it takes or if they had any complications? Thank you.
