What would you check if AF is coming?!

There not really any “symptoms” that certainly indicate your period will show. Most women get pms or progesterone symptoms, but progesterone is produced regardless if you become pregnant or not. The best way to “hint” if af will be arriving is by temping. Usually bbt will drop and indicate period is coming.

I always get a headache 2 or 3 days before AF. The only month I didn’t was when I was pregnant, so it’s a great indicator for me that I’m about to start :/
