Qs: do your thighs rub? Do you scratch it? Reason I ask is it look likes you have gotten a yeast infection from when skin rubs against skin or against tight clothing like jeans. Causes you to sweat more. Looks like u may have scratched a bit and also healing skin starting to form which is darker

Put some jock itch cream on it bet it will clear up in a couple days I’ve seen stuff like this under breast folds and arms of elder residents. Keep it clean and dry! Don’t wear tight rubbing clothes
