Anorexia recovery and period
So I havent had a period in over a year, today I sneezed and it was like a freakin crime scene. Cool, I've been working hard in recovery, I bled/am shedding tissue insanely heavy for a few hours with heavy cramping and now, nothing. Not even light spotting. This is really weird to me, could this just be breakthrough bleeding?
