Maybe Mucus Plug?

Is this a part of my mucus plug or something else? Came out before I took my shower and once I was out my ankles have swollen pretty big... Does this mean anything?

How far along are you? Mucous plugs can regenerate. As for the swollen ankles, you should probably give your dr a call if that’s a new thing for you.

Looks like mucus plug, I lost mine and my ankles swelled and the next day I woke up with a bloody show and contractions and went in and had my daughter
