I have dark thick hair that grows fast. I need to shave every time I shower, otherwise I get very visibly hairy sandpapery legs.

Depends on your body/hair. I don’t shave my legs anymore, but when I did I only shaved once every three weeks because my leg hair took awhile to grow back
