last cycle I ovulated on CD15 so I have been expecting a peak around then this cycle.

CD13-CD15 I had ewcm so I made sure to bd

CD15 I also had dull cramping.

I think I missed my peak on CD14 because I didn’t test because I was at work. it was 10 hours.

I am supposed to start 200mg progesterone CD16 but didn’t want to until I confirmed ovulation. my cm was sticky CD16. I ended up taking one before bed last night thinking I missed my peak on CD14.

but when I tested a few minutes ago(CD17) I got a reading of .43 so I did a cm check & it was like lotion but watered down. white & creamy but thin.

I am going skip the progesterone tonight just in case and keep testing with opks to see if I surge but I am not sure what’s going on, i’ve heard to trust your cm though & would think I ovulated when I had ewcm.

I will also attach a pic of my bbt chart. I temp around 4:30-4:45am & we do keep it slightly cold in the room so I am not concerned about my temps being in the 96 range.

Any advice? Anyone ever experienced this?
