Sleep training ? Anyone ?
Soo started trying to get my l.o. to self soothe and sleep independently! Any advice is greatly appreciated ! Just to note , I'm not a cry it out method type of mom lol I was definitely crying it out 🥴🤦😭 idk who was crying more 😬
