Chocolate covered strawberries
I'm making my bf and daughter chocolate covered strawberries. But then I saw someone posted strawberries dipped in Ganache. My question is what tastes better? (I dont eat strawberries)
If you dont know the difference, ganache is just chocolate and heavy cream melted together and it's almost like a thick frosting. Whats more fun?
