My 8 month old has his first cold 😭 I wish I could take it away. Anyways, he has a stuffed and runny nose so he can't breathe through his nose. This is really messing with his sleep as he typically uses a binkie to fall asleep. Poor guy is also coughing. He also has a small rash on his back near his bottom.

-We have tried suctioning his nose with the bulbs, the nose frida which has gotten some out but not enough for him to be able to breathe through his nose.

-We also tried a baby chest rub, sorta like baby vicks just different brand.

-Plus there's a humidifier in his room.

Any advice or do we just have to wait this out?
