Okay so I got my Nexaplanon implant removed Tuesday . My Doctor told me I could start trying right away, he said he seen women get pregnant right away. Before you ask yes , I track my ovulation I just now logged my last period and have taken 4 ovulation tests all negative.I got This implant previously removed December 2017 , and then found out I was 5 weeks pregnant January 29th 2018. I know it possible . But my Doctor also said I may not get a period for a Few months but in the mean time I can still try try try . I’m Confused how can I try if I’m Not gonna get a period . You have to ovulate to try and conceive. I’m Confused want and need help / advice
