Discouraged 😞

According to this app I’m 14DPO I had a faint positive the last 3/4 days and went for blood work today and it came back at 12.7. I’ve been having a dull pain/ache on my left side by my pelvic bone all night. I had an ectopic and lost my right tube 2 years ago. I assume this will result in a miscarriage 😞 trying not to cry..
