Crossfit
Any pregnant ladies out there who does CrossFit? My doctor really hasn’t made me modify anything. I’ve modified sit ups to ring rows, no muscle ups, no pull ups (sometimes banded or a few Kipling, no more butterfly), squaring above parallel .... but that’d just what I’m told myself and I’ve done. Anyone kept doing those movements or modified more ? Advice please. No negative comments - CrossFit people only please.
