4 month old baby keeps waking at night to eat or poop

FTM and baby is almost 4 months but not sticking to any kind of schedule with multiple night wakings. I'm TRYING to do the following:

Wake 7-8 (1)

1st Nap 8-9:30 (1.5)

Wake 9:30-12 (2.5)

2nd Nap 12-1:30 (1.5)

Wake 1:30-4 (2.5)

3rd Nap 4-5 (1)

Wake 5-7 (2)

Sleep 7-7 (12)

She usually only stays up about an hour after waking from her overnight sleep and sticks to the schedule for the most part, except bedtime. She'll go to bed on time but then wake up multiple times between 8-12 to eat again. Baby gets 6oz bottles of breast milk during each wake period (4xs a day) and sometimes breastfeeds in addition).

Doctor gave us the ok to start cereal this week so she's getting that in addition but somehow still wakes up wanting to eat. There are some times where she will wake up crying and nothing settles her except nursing, at which point she will poop, as if this is what woke her up.

She will sleep through the night after about midnight, but I want her to get longer overnight sleep. She has slept anywhere from 10-12 hours before, so I know she CAN do it, I just don't know why she won't now.

*EDIT" I think it's less about hunger and more like we need to shift when she has her long sleep times. She has and can sleep the 10-12 hours but would do it from noon to midnight if I let her (and have on occasion from exhaustion).

I should note she was sleeping horribly for a few weeks with regular 4am wakings (pretty sure this was the 4 month sleep regression), but had since resumed taking longer naps and stopped waking in the middle of the night.

Anyone else with this same issue or any tips on how I can adjust my schedule? I've tried longer naps but that didn't seem to help and currently she is able to stay awake anywhere from 1.5-2.25 hours at most.

I feel horrible waking her at 7 when I know she didn't sleep as well as she should have. I keep hoping it'll help her get her sleep on track but I don't think it is and don't know what else I can do to help my baby girl. 😞

Thank you!
