Depends on comfortability with your sexual partner. Also if you are cramping or anything. I don’t find it embarrassing just do it in the shower or lay a towel underneath!

I like it but my current partner is the only person I’ve been comfortable enough to do it with I think for me it was a confidence thing, he makes me feel 110% comfortable so I’m totally fine with it, my periods have gotten better over the last year or so as well so that helps too. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Do it all the time toward the end of my period. First 3 out of 7 days are off limits because I'm bleeding really heavily, migraines, puking from cramps. Just not a good time. Say 4 calms down a bit. Day 5 isn't so bad. Day 6 the bleeding slows down, day 7 is tail end almost done. So usually days 5-7 are game on. Throw down an old towel, we both pee and wash up after the fact. Nothing to be ashamed of. Natural process. It can also help with cramps. Though I'm not about to test that on the worst days because I'm already puking and just don't feel sexy.

Right in between, it's embarrassing, but I'll do it.
But, sometimes I don't feel well enough to have sex, in which case, I won't.
