Postpartum pelvic floor exercises?

Hi guy, did anyone used any kegel weights after birth as I order myself some basic ones as in different weight and I am kind of scared to use them. Also is it too late as I gave birth 2 months ago? Thank you

It’s never too late to do pelvic floor exercises. That’s kinda like saying to a bodybuilder after their competition that it’s too late to train legs :) 
Just squeezing your pelvic floor a few times a day has it’s benefits, you can use apps for this. 
2 months in you can probably do some light exercise (very light) like bird dogs, glute bridges etc
