I’m producing Milk (& I’m not pregnant)

So I got a Mirena IUD on December 5th of lsat year, recently I’ve been producing milk in both breast but mostly my right one. I asked my gynaecologist what this could mean & she said that I should get a check up & a blood test to see if a hormone (I can’t remember which one) in my body has risen due to the IUD. But I just wanted to ask you lovely ladies if this has ever happened to you or if any of you have any advice🤗.
