Asking from those, who don't eat dairy
Looking for alternatives!
To start off with. I love dairy, I drink milk next to my meal, I love cheese on sandwich, I like joghurts and ice cream...
But my breastfed baby has developed some kind of a rash on his face and legs. My doc wanted me to try to cut out absolutely all dairy and spicy and acidic foods for two weeks.
I have found almond milk quite tasty on coffe. But as my 5 month old still wants to eat every two hours at night also, then I usually eat a cup of yoghurt at night also, because I feel starving by that point.
What can I substitute a joghurt with? I want it to be somewhat liquidy (I don't want to eat solid sandwiches or granola bars or cookies at night) I want something easy to digest. Smoothies are out of picture because I don't have a blender at this moment and also a lot of fruit to put in a smoothies are acidic. ☹️ Oh, and I found some soy based vegan joghurt, but. That taste was disgusting for me. I am planning to look for and try other alternatives from vegan section, but I don't want to pay too much, so some fancyer stuff is out of picture.
