Does anyone else have dentures?

I just turned 27, I have three tooth replacements (partials) because 4-5 years ago I fell in the tub and busted my two front teeth, then I got so self conscious about it and stopped taking care of myself and drinking then lost another tooth in the back, I’m now On the verge of losing a fourt tooth, I’m gonna be toothless by the time I’m 40 lol also A big time coffee addict.. how do you care for your teeth? Am I the only young one with fake teeth? Please don’t let me be alone In This, I’m tired of feeling insecure about it, I just dumped my children’s dad because after all these years I’ve finally told him and he was silent so I took that the wrong way as In He was disgusted by me.. but he was probably just shocked.. I haven’t told anyone in years... help meeeee
