The other day I just noticed my skin was peeled back in this area and tonight I pressed on it and yellow gunk came out, went to the bathroom and wouldn’t stop bleeding.. now I have a black hole on my boob..help!

Looks like a bad pimple. If it doesn’t start healing or if you notice any sign of infection, I’d go to the doctor.

If you have a hole left over and its smelt a bit rank it was probably a small abscess. Keep it clean and aired. They heal from the inside out so it might look a bit rough for a while. Dont use cotton wool to clean it as it could leave fibres, use a solid clean cloth and some cooled boiled salt water. Probably a spot that got infected. 
Try and avoid bras for a few days so nothing rubs on it  :)
